Burhill’s Georgian mansion house is home to a selection of beautiful function rooms suited to all manner of occasions from weddings to conferences.
Tastefully decorated in ivory and soft pastel shades, our rooms provide a stylish and relaxed environment for groups of 12 to 150.
Beautiful surroundings are complemented by dedicated service from our experienced events team and Award-winning cuisine that has built Burhill a tremendous reputation for outstanding food quality and presentation.
The Barnes Wallis Suite – Our largest room, accommodating up to 104 for a sit down meal and 150 for a reception. Situated on the first floor this light and airy Suite is tastefully furnished and has stunning views over the New Course. With two large bay windows and dramatic archway entrance, the Barnes Wallis Suite is full of character.
The Barnes Room – The Barnes Wallis Suite has a partition wall which can divide the suite into two rooms. The Barnes Room can accommodate groups of up to 56 guests.
The Wallis Room – The smaller section of our main suite, this room is ideal for groups of up to 40 guests.
The Wellington Room – A delightful and cosy room, ideal for meetings, lunch or dinner parties for up to 32 guests. The Wellington Room adjoins the Barnes Wallis Suite and double doors can be opened up to create an ‘L’ Shaped suite to accommodate up to 150 seated.
The Iveagh Lounge and Honours Bar – Ideal for reception style events. The Iveagh Lounge is luxuriously furnished with soft sofas, deep arm chairs and occasional tables. Its double patio doors pour out onto the terrace overlooking the 18th green of the New Course. The adjoining Honours Bar is the quintessential Club Bar with rich leather upholstery and honours boards dating back 100 years lining the walls.
