Our Head Chef, Andrew Owen who has worked at Burhill Golf Club for over 10 years has put together a wide selection of menus to suit any occasion.  Full details are available upon request.  Here are a some examples;

Prawn, crab and sping onion tian served with pink grapefruit dressing.

Seared loin of lamb served upon garlic and olive oil mash with a rosemary, redcurrant and red wine sauce.

Assiette of Desserts;
Vanilla creme brulee, mini meringues filled with berries, and pistachio ice cream

Coffee and homemade fudge

Lightly curried parsnip and carrot soup topped with coriander and yogurt

Roasted tenderloin of pork served with crackling and an apple cider sauce

Baked American cheesecake served with blueberry compote
