Availability
Visitor bookings can be made up to 14 days in advance by phone or 7 days in advance online for the nominated ‘visitors course’ only. Members wishing to invite guests may also book up to 14 days in advance, but a having a choice of both courses subject to availability.
Burhill Golf Club operates a ‘roll up’ system at the tee and therefore any bookings made do not guarantee a specified tee off time. Bookings are allocated a half hour window where we guarantee that you will start your round.
On Arrival
Visitors are requested to check in at the Golf Shop upon arrival where the appropriate green fee must be paid. You will be required to sign in and a handicap certificate will be requested.
Dress Code
Burhill Golf Club has a dress code that visitors are politely requested to adhere to;

No jeans, plimsolls, flip-flops or trainers are permitted in the clubhouse or on the courses.

Golf caps worn on the course should be worn with the peak forward. All headwear should be removed in the clubhouse.

All shirts should be tucked into waistband, with the exception of fitted shirts designed to be worn untucked.

Gentlemen’s shirts should have a collar and sleeves. Ladies may wear sleeveless shirts, but they must have a collar.

Long tailored shorts are permitted for men and women. Combat style 3/4 length shorts/trousers must not be worn. Gentlemen are requested to wear white sports socks that cover the ankle.

The entire clubhouse is ‘smart casual’ until 6.30pm, when gentlemen are required to wear jacket and tie in the mansion.

No golf shoes are permitted in the mansion.
Changing Facilities
Visiting gentlemen may use the Guest Locker Rooms. Lady guests may use the Lady Members Locker Rooms, which require a key card for access. Guest key cards are available from Golf Reception.
Dining and Refreshments
Visitors are welcome to use the Captains Bar,and Terrace for refreshments before and after their round. A wide selection of light snacks and meals are available from 7am until 9.30pm. (Subject to seasonal changes, please check before visiting.)
